Mrs. Boardway resides in Minneola with her husband, Preston, and their three beautiful daughters, Kylee, Aubree, and Bree. A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, she holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree at Florida Southern College.
Her educational journey began as a high school math teacher, and she soon transitioned to teaching 7th grade math at Cecil E. Gray Middle School. Moving into administration, she briefly served as an Instructional Dean before spending three impactful years as an Assistant Principal at Groveland Elementary.
Mrs. Boardway is driven by a passion for providing rigorous, positive, and equitable educational experiences for all students. She is equally dedicated to fostering a supportive, family-like environment for teachers. Entering her third year as Principal at Eustis Elementary, Mrs. Boardway is honored and excited to collaborate with the faculty and staff to build a student-centered, collaborative culture.
